彌迦書 4:1 末後的日子，耶和華殿的山必堅立，超乎諸山，高舉過於萬嶺；萬民都要流歸這山。2 必有許多民族前往，說：「來吧，我們登耶和華的山，到雅各 神的殿。他必將他的道指教我們，我們也要行他的路。」因為教誨必出於錫安，耶和華的言語必出於耶路撒冷。
Micah 4:1 it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and it shall be lifted up above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it, and many nations shall come, and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

A new semester has started, and most children are back to their schools either physically or online or both. Many parents are relieved that their children can be back to school, but do we know which “mountain” they go up to everyday? For most, they are going up to the mountain of the world to learn the world’s ideas and to end up a captive of the world. May the vision of Micah (and Isaiah 2:2-4) gives us hope that one day all children will go up to the mountain of the Lord to learn from God’s ways and to walk in His paths! Because of COVID-19, God has given many children the opportunity and encouragement to go up to the mountain of the Lord everyday. You are invited this Saturday (9/19) 7:30 pm EDT to join our online meeting to be held monthly on the topic of educating our children at home to both be inspired and to support one another.
