Isaiah 14:24 The Lord of hosts has sworn: “As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand, 25 that I will break the Assyrian in my land, and on my mountains trample him underfoot; and his yoke shall depart from them, and his burden from their shoulder.” 26 This is the purpose that is purposed concerning the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations. 27 For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?
以賽亞 14:24萬軍之耶和華起誓說：「我怎樣思想，必照樣成就；我怎樣定意，必照樣堅立，25 要在我的地上擊破亞述，在我的山上將它踐踏。它的軛必離開受壓制的人，
它的重擔必離開他們的肩頭。」26 這是向全地所定的旨意，向萬國所伸出的手。
27 萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？
Each country has its own laws and has authority only within its own boundaries. Sometimes a country cannot even enforce rules within its own borders. But God rules the whole world; no one can stop His plans and purposes. At the current time it seems like we are living in a world out of control. No one in the history has ever experienced what we are facing now. Yet we need to see that “[t]his is the purpose that is purposed concerning the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.” (v. 26) This is a time of action for both sides! Satan knows his time is short so he will intensify his efforts against God and His people. This is the time we all need to show our “cards”, to show which side are we on. May God help us not only to stand firm on God’s side but also to follow His plans and purposes in our lives! God has stretched out His hand; it is our time to stretch out our hands, too. Harvest Church of NY was established in response to the 9/11 incident in 2001. May more churches and ministries be established and strengthened because of the pandemic of 2020!
